We know as search agents that buying or renting a new home, while very exciting, can be stressful. There are a lot of options out there, & a lot of agents want your business who are willing to show you everything they have on their books that often don’t fit your requirements. For a fixed rate or by the hour, we can sift through everything out there, & deal with all the agent’s phone calls & emails. Then bring forward the properties that fit your needs based on the profile we will spend time building with you before the search begins.

be selling from our office shop when we move back in.

We do no charge any fees to the applicants/tenants
Long Lets (6 months +)
10% + VAT Sole Agency. Services include;
- Comprehensive marketing
- Finding a Tenant
- Obtaining references
- Drafting of contract
- Deduction of any pre-tenancy invoices
- Administering deposit
- Managing the check-in process
- Rent Collection
- Arrears guidance
Fully Managed Service (Long Lets)
16% of rent +VAT. Services include all the above plus;
- 24 Hour emergency line
- Aid in Transfer of utilities
- Arrears management
- Key holding service
- Arranging payment of outgoings
- Arranging all repairs and maintenance with our trusted contractors
- Twice yearly management inspections
- Advising on all deposit deductions
Short Lets (Under 6 Months)
18% + VAT. All of the above plus;
- Management of calendar, check multiple check in's and Check out's.
Serviced Short Lets (Under 6 Months)
23% + VAT. All of the above plus;
- Weekly Cleaning
- Linens (replaced weekly)
- Full management of bookings
- Toiletries
- Most other agents are upwards of 25% + VAT
Our Sales Fees are entirely bespoke, but in most cases match that of the other agents in the area, but while offering a more personable and targeted approach in our marketing. Most commponly we charge between 1-1.5% + VAT for Sole Agency.
